Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Utilization of Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling Software.
  • Willingness to work varying hours including mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Championing credit and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience.
  • Executing store merchandising direction and standards.
  • Utilizing business reports to guide decisions and deliver high-performance results.
  • Understanding and using company standard software and systems.

  • Creating a sense of teamwork and collaboration among associates.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
