About The Position

At Lucky Strike Entertainment, the Supervisor role is dynamic and active, involving coordination with team members and assuming responsibility for all center operations in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager. Supervisors ensure high standards are met consistently, delivering exceptional guest service and driving sales. This entry-level position offers a gateway to learning the 'ins & outs' of the center, developing leadership skills, gaining responsibility, and potentially moving into a management role.

HS Diploma

Responsibilities

Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff.
Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity by working with your team side by side every day.
Assist in overseeing the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings.
Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, fostering a thriving sales culture.
Work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center.
