Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1-year leadership experience.
  • Minimum 1-year work experience in similar positions.
  • Hard working and willing to learn.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on problem solving
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to demand accountability from all employees
  • Ability to motivate and lead others around a common goal
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions.
  • Goal oriented individual.
  • This position is 100% onsite with no opportunity for hybrid work schedule
  • Willing to work all shifts
  • Willing to work OT as needed
  • Knowledge of Windows based programs (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Responsibilities

  • Manage UAW hourly workforce responsible for all warehousing operations: Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping.
  • Responsible for delivering objectives related to Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Absenteeism, Cost and Cleanliness.
  • Interact with other salary employees, UAW and suppliers to deliver successful results.
  • Carry out Company practice/policy in the areas of work standards, discipline, training, and personnel administration.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with UAW employees and Leadership, including fair and equal administration of the contract.
  • Facilitate crew meetings.
  • Prepare/maintain work related records as needed.
  • Develop daily RTO to ensure proper utilization of manpower (including any overtime and vacation)
  • Lead CIP, Safety, Ergo teams.
  • Actively participate in all Continuous Improvement Process Teams

  • This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $72,480-121,440.
  • This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-141,360.
  • This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120.
