TASC (Treatment Alternatives for Stronger Communities) is a social impact organization founded in 1976, dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening communities. Guided by the belief in positive change, TASC advocates, supports, and empowers people to overcome barriers, achieve recovery, and reshape their destinies through Specialized Case Management. The organization operates at the intersection of behavioral health and the criminal legal system, aiming for a future where health, safety, and justice are synonymous with hope. The Adult Criminal Justice and Treatment Services (ACJS) division supports clients with substance use disorders by providing screenings, assessments, treatment placement, progress monitoring, and support services like insurance enrollment, state ID assistance, and employment resources. This full-time Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing staff within the Collaborative Bridges program. This program provides coordinated services to adults who have received care in three partner hospitals. The supervisor will collaborate with Collaborative Bridges staff to ensure clients receive linkages to comprehensive medical care, Medication Assisted Recovery, or other evidence-based programs for substance use disorders, and will monitor intervention outcomes. The role also involves providing referrals for identified client needs, coordinating outreach to community-based social service agencies addressing Health-related Social Needs (HRSNs), and working with Care Coordinators to remove barriers to care such as insurance, transportation, and childcare. The supervisor will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team comprising both TASC and Collaborative Bridges staff.
