Responsibilities
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate Communication Specialists
- Lead training and ongoing performance development
- Monitor call quality, KPIs, and department metrics
- Manage scheduling, staffing coverage, and reporting
- Ensure client expectations and service standards are met
- Regularly perform Communication Specialist duties
