Monday through Friday, from 3pm to 11:30pm- Rotating weekends and Holidays. Job Summary Summary Responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, supervising support staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and optimizing processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
  • Experience in healthcare administration or a related field 3-5 years required
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of health care management and business management principles.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Display strong leadership and communication skills to clearly manage and oversee program staff.
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Possess process improvement skills that increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in leadership or supervisory role 1-2 years preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily administrative functions, including patient scheduling, records management, billing support, and front desk operations.
  • Assists in creating and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure efficient operations.
  • Supervises administrative staff, including training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions; provides coaching and professional development.
  • Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency, patient satisfaction, and departmental performance.
  • Acts as a liaison between administrative staff and clinical departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensures adherence to organizational, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA, and conducts regular audits to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assists with managing inventory for office supplies and administrative tools, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensures excellent customer service, addresses patient complaints, and manages data collection, analysis, and reporting related to administrative performance and patient flow.
