The Training Academy Supervisor is responsible for team performance, developing, and executing KRONES technical training programs for customers, field service technicians. This role ensures that training content, delivery methods, and staff capabilities meet KRONES standards for safety, technical accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Supervising the execution of customer business and internal service training and coordination

Requirements

• Ability to train and coach soft skills
• Understand technical training or industrial equipment
• High customer focus and communication skills
• Strategic planning and project execution
• Operational efficiency and process management
• Budgeting and resource planning
• Utilization of department resources
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in related discipline and/or industry knowledge
• Knowledge of SAP Applications
• General social skills, capacity for teamwork, learning aptitude, problem-solving competence, time- and self-management, coordination and organizational skills, and communication skills

• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
