Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Basic proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office and production management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Certification in supervisory management or leadership training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily activities of assigned team members to meet production and quality goals.
