LEADER OPPORTUNITY TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS + RESULTS The Supervisor is responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences by winning shifts This is a 25-40 hour/week hourly position. The roles and responsibilities listed below should be accomplished during scheduled shifts This leadership role oversees one business area throughout the day. Must participate in FTS (Field Talent Staff) opportunities and complete ServSafe Manager Certification. Diligently upholds Chick-fil-A Toledo’s Perfect Guest Experience and Quality Experience Strategy standards WINNING SHIFTS Shift Preparation: Readies a daily shift management plan in order to win the shift by ensuring guest experience and guest throughput Shift Care: Troubleshoots technology Coaches Chick-fil-A procedures and safety measures Audits team member behaviors Provides encouragement and correction Runs to the pain points in the guest experience 3.Shift Management: Daily Reorientation: Executes daily shift huddles focused on development, encouragement, quality, and tasks. Productivity: Oversees team members/leader shift productivity per Chick-fil-A standards. One Click: Complete execution, follow up, input/tracking of all necessary metrics and tasks including but not limited to cleaning checklists, shift checklists, etc. Cashier Accountability: Correctly executes proper cash counting systems (Discounts, receipts, cash over/short, etc.) per Chick-fil-A standards. Back Office: Executes safe counts, smart safe, daily reports, INFORM, and other necessary responsibilities per Chick-fil-A standards. Food Safety Covenant: Strictly adheres to all Chick-fil-A Toledo food safety standards. Shift Communication: Completes post shift reporting per Chick-fil-A Toledo standards Slack shout outs (1x/week) 4.Team Management Attends all regular leader meetings Assists with reviews of all Drive Thru Experience leaders and team members (3x/year) Deploys other responsibilities as needed Shift Practices: Shift Set Ups: Completes and communicates daily shift set ups Team Huddle: Ensures shift readiness, audits uniforms, solidify goals, and communication Coach and Care: Resources, drives, and encourages operational excellence Checklist Excellence: Delegates and verifies checklist completion Post shift deliverable: Completed and posted
