The Supervisor at Beyond Yoga is accountable for ensuring operational excellence in daily store procedures, including payroll management, cash handling, and inventory control. This role supports the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and financial plans, with a strong emphasis on employee engagement and fostering a collaborative selling environment. The Supervisor is responsible for driving process adoption, managing store opening and closing procedures, and resolving customer concerns positively. Key duties also include strategizing to improve performance metrics (Conversion, UPT, SPH), assisting with hiring, training, and retaining store team members, and supporting new hire onboarding with a focus on company values and product knowledge. The role also involves maintaining flawless visual merchandising, ensuring accurate inventory management, preventing losses, coaching staff for development, managing minor employee relations issues, and upholding company policies. Additionally, the Supervisor builds community connections through events, drives brand awareness, and acts as a brand ambassador embodying the company's core values.
