About The Position

As a Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager and ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of daily operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll guide crews, manage schedules, and uphold safety and compliance standards across all project activities. Why choose Active? Requirements

  • Experience in the Electrical Supply industry and/or qualifications
  • Cert III Horticulture or Arboriculture
  • A safety focus and proactive mindset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A current drivers’ licence

Nice To Haves

  • Cert 2 in ESI
  • White card
  • MR/HR Truck Licence

Responsibilities

  • Leading and coordinating daily crew operations
  • Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards
  • Conducting hazard assessments and toolbox meetings
  • Overseeing vehicle and equipment inspections
  • Ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
  • Recording team performance and completed tasks
