At Lucky Strike Entertainment, the Supervisor role is active and dynamic, coordinating with team members and assuming responsibility for all center operations in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager. Supervisors ensure high standards are met consistently, delivering exceptional guest service, soliciting feedback, and resolving complaints. This position involves capitalizing on business opportunities through marketing strategies, developing relationships with league bowlers, and performing administrative duties related to leagues. Supervisors assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly staff, leading and motivating the team to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity. They also assist in overseeing the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction, and providing ongoing training for consistent execution of corporate initiatives. The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays. While entry-level, it is seen as a gateway to learning center operations, developing leadership skills, gaining responsibility, and moving into a management role.
