About The Position
The Crew Leader at Tropical Smoothie Cafe plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the cafe's operational standards. This position is responsible for training and coaching crew members, ensuring a positive atmosphere, and upholding the brand's values of Solid Relationships, Playing to Win, Creative Spirit, and Living Better. Crew Leaders are expected to embody the cafe's unique culture, known as 'Tropitude', while managing daily operations effectively.
