About The Position

This position will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinates staff and workflows, enforce safety and quality standards, and drives productivity to ensure timely, accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods

Responsibilities

Monitor productivity reports and compare results against established objectives; implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps.
Follow up on all customer inquiries and requests to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
Treat all internal and external customers with professionalism, respect, and courtesy.
Uphold and comply with company policies, standards, and values.
Take accountability for how individual and team actions impact customers and overall company performance.
Oversee shipping, receiving, slotting, sanitation, equipment usage, and truck loading operations.
Verify all outbound shipments for accuracy.
Prepare and process route invoices.
Establish and manage nightly loading schedules.
Review pick sheets for errors or discrepancies and ensure corrections are made.
Secure the facility after daily business hours.
Enter and maintain records using company systems.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations as outlined in the Employee Handbook and other communications.
Demonstrate Bake Mark’s core values of Partnership, Performance, Passion, and Initiative in all assigned duties.
Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives.
