Responsible for managing and directing all activities within the Georgia Nut Plant Warehouse that are producing Ready to Eat along with further processing needed products for public consumption. Warehouse Supervisor is to be the leader of a Continuous Improvement philosophy within the Department, and also embracing Lean culture principles and applying when appropriate. Department includes up to 10 multi-cultural non-union employees operating in a 24/7 operation. Coordinates the distribution and movement of goods which includes Malt Ball, Coffee Beans, fruit and nuts, and other various sized confection items. Ensures necessary material handling equipment are properly repaired and running efficiently to standard and maintains focused motivated work force.
