The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all warehouse employees and activities, including receiving and shipping. The Warehouse Supervisor will work with the Warehouse Manager to forecast labor needs, and hire/train labor as necessary for business needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitor all maintenance needs including daily/weekly/monthly PMs. Shipping- process and procedures for the operations. Ensure company PPE requirements are being followed. Review and/or approve employee hours weekly. Review, audit, and enforce warehouse procedures. Conduct annual physical inventories with customers as they require. Give warehouse tours to customers as necessary. Assist with research of non-conformities as necessary in working with the quality department. Ensures proper training for all new employees on all relevant job duties. Meet and greet ALL new hires. Maintain warehouse integrity and maximum space efficiency by enforcing proper warehouse layout and material put away. Maintains, updates, and enforces all Operational Procedures. Conducts monthly safety and procedure training. Work with Quality on the customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement for the mitigation of the issues. Additional Duties Oversee the Operations of the Warehouse Managerial roles in the following duties: Daily review of the load schedule. Work with different departmental team to determine loading priorities based on cutoffs and customer requirements. Ensure all live loads/live unloads are loaded within the allotted window. Ensure all cutoffs are loaded timely. Conduct monthly housekeeping report. Review forklift inspections weekly. Maintain forklift driver certifications. Shipping and receiving of products process and procedures. Position would report to the Director of Contract Packaging and Specialty Services Manager.
