Requirements

  • 2-year Technical Degree preferred
  • Valid Oklahoma driver's license and automobile insurance verification
  • 3 years' experience in inventory management in a warehouse setting, 2 of which must be in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)

Responsibilities

  • Manages all warehouse functions, maintaining a cost effective, customer supportive level of materials
  • Supervises department staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed
  • Ensures units are inventoried and material delivered from the warehouse to the hospital and throughout the hospital
  • Utilizes multiple automated inventory management systems to evaluate reports, makes management decisions for adjusting stock levels in compliance with management objectives
  • Maintains administrative responsibility for automated Point of Use System, and Materials Management System adding, deleting, maintaining adequate inventory levels
  • Collaborates with Materials Management Manager and other key personnel to develop and carry-out training programs
  • Maintains time and attendance records
  • Participates in daily facility level huddles in manager's absence
