Requirements

2-year Technical Degree preferred
Valid Oklahoma driver's license and automobile insurance verification
3 years' experience in inventory management in a warehouse setting, 2 of which must be in a supervisory role
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)

Responsibilities

Manages all warehouse functions, maintaining a cost effective, customer supportive level of materials
Supervises department staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed
Ensures units are inventoried and material delivered from the warehouse to the hospital and throughout the hospital
Utilizes multiple automated inventory management systems to evaluate reports, makes management decisions for adjusting stock levels in compliance with management objectives
Maintains administrative responsibility for automated Point of Use System, and Materials Management System adding, deleting, maintaining adequate inventory levels
Collaborates with Materials Management Manager and other key personnel to develop and carry-out training programs
Maintains time and attendance records
Participates in daily facility level huddles in manager's absence
