Requirements

  • 3-4 years in Supply Chain / Logistics environments.
  • Previous experience in Replenishment Planning / Distribution is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Inventory Management is preferred.
  • Previous supervisor experience in a Union environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees.
  • Ability to interact/communicate successfully with personnel at all levels.
  • Ability to supervise & motivate employees.
  • Ability to develop and implement process improvement.
  • Proficient PC skills to include SAP, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure/manage replenishment distribution to Liberty Coca-Cola is effective and productive.
  • Review, monitor and address full good inventory levels to minimize potential out of stock risk to sales.
  • Create and prioritize product replenishments (IBT s) to meet Liberty Coca-Cola's DRP Plan.
  • High level of Customer Service focus and response required as an operations liaison to the Sales Centers.
  • Manage inventory levels to plan at third-party warehouses.
  • Train, develop, and monitor Transportation Drivers to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Maintain maximum/optimum fleet utilization.
  • Labor planning and utilization of Transportation Drivers.
  • Ensure operational compliance with D.O.T compliance for Transportation Drivers.
  • Facilitate Monthly Safety Training for Transportation Drivers.
  • Actively participate with Warehouse/Dock management teams within the Division.
  • Optimize Transportation POD.
  • Generate, prepare, review and file daily reports.
  • Other duties as assigned by Transportation Operations Manager.
