Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 2-4 years of warehouse or related experience.

Nice To Haves

• Associates/2-year technical degree in business management, logistics or related area.
• 4-6 years of warehouse experience within the foodservice industry.
• Supervisory experience.
• OSHA Forklift operator certificate.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate, and complete order pulling for all orders during the shift.
• Ensures all orders are loaded in their entirety and in proper stop sequence on the assigned truck and trailer.
• Ensures all product received during the shift is stocked properly and follows first-in/first-out warehouse procedures.
• Demonstrates a strong service quality ethic and ensures associates understand their roles in meeting customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning in conjunction with the Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes the company's warehouse management system to maximize productivity and analyzes productivity levels to recommend changes.
• Handles building security, including locking the warehouse and setting alarms after the night shift.
• Ensures the safe operation of all material handling and complies with health and safety programs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
