Requirements

• Ability to follow oral instructions.
• Ability to work without close supervision.
• Ability to operate necessary equipment / machines.
• Two years of college – Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field
• Three years in a healthcare or customer service related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to use a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to present information clearly to a wide variety of audiences.

Responsibilities

• Followed by the direction of Visitor Management, Manager, coordinates the daily functional tasks of the campus Visitor Management program.
• Recommends and implements changes that increases productivity as needed.
