Ford Racing Vehicle Integration Supervisor is responsible for leading and oversseeing all Vehicle Engineering (VE) activities related to prototype vehicle development, test operations, and program launch for future Ford Racing products. This role supervises a team of engineers to ensure flawless execution of development, durability, media, and validation activities while maintaining an intense focus on customer-driven performance attributes and emotional vehicle experiences. The supervisor ensures that test vehicles are fit-for-purpose, requirements are cascaded and validated, and cross-functional teams operate efficiently to deliver world-class Ford Racing products on time, with quality, and with emotional impact. This role is hybrid and requires at least 4 days per week onsite in Allen Park, MI.
