About The Position

Valet Supervisor is responsible for schedules, monitoring job expectations, assisting leadership team with employee evaluations and the disciplinary process, and keeps leader informed of day-to-day operations. Requirements

Certification - Driver's License - State
Experience - 1+ years of Transmission (Auto/Manual) Experience

Nice To Haves

Education - High School Diploma/GED Equivalent in General Studies

Responsibilities

Establishes work schedules monthly or as directed by Manager. I ncluding management of resources as needed for PTO and call outs.
Track and report to leadership daily statistics for Valet services.
Coordinate with department manager needs for staffing requests – additional/replacement caregivers.
Screen/Interview candidates for open Valet positions.
Orient and train all new Valet caregivers.
Coach caregivers as needed to ensure quality service delivery.
Coordinate with Security as needed for Safety of patients, guests, and visitors.
Monitor entrance/parking road conditions and coordinate with Facilities department for issue resolution.
All other duties as assigned.
