About The Position

Organizes and manages the Diagnostic Medical Sonography section of the Medical Imaging department, and supervises section personnel. As a working supervisor, routinely performs the duties of an Ultrasound Technologist.

Requirements

• Completion of formal program in Ultrasound and certified with ARRT or ARDMS.
• Thorough knowledge of ultrasound protocols, procedures, and techniques with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated organizational and communications skills and leadership potential.
• BCLS certified.

Nice To Haves

• Associate Degree in ultrasound technology or radiography.
• Supervisory course work, training and experience.
