What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the supervision of transportation, motor pool and Salt Lake City hospitality center.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or two (2) supervisory experience. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.
Valid Utah class B CDL driver's license with passenger endorsement and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervisor the administrative and programmatic activities of the department
Evaluate staff performance, provide staff training and implement department and personnel changes
Assist the community life director in the preparation of department budge; monitor and control expenditures; and review and recommend changes to department manager
Assist in the development and implementation of new or revised policies and procedures affecting community services, and transportation
Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students
Provide records and reports of community services activities
It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management.
