About The Position
The position involves supervising all non-shop employees in the absence of the department Director and the Assistant Directors/Area Directors. The role includes assisting in determining the departmental structure and job descriptions, coordinating and evaluating departmental operations, and managing bus drivers and attendants at assigned transportation centers. Responsibilities also include mentoring employees, ensuring compliance with transportation eligibility, processing transportation requests, and maintaining records of assigned equipment. The position requires regular attendance and the ability to respond to emergencies as needed.
