Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Transaction Processing Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff processing Image Review for the E-ZPass New York program.

Requirements

Have team lead, quality assurance, and/or training experience in Image Review production role.
Possess the ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation, verbal presentations, and interviews.
Have proficiency with standard software and systems.
Ability to solve problems through analysis and ongoing feedback.
Show ability to achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment.
Demonstrate ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff.
Ability to work onsite with some evening and weekend hours.

Nice To Haves

Have team lead experience in an Image Review production role.

Responsibilities

Maintain accountability and responsibility for ensuring that performance meets service-required level agreements.
Ensuring appropriate reporting metrics.
Monitoring staff performance, including productivity, quality, and attendance.
Assisting staff with cases needing immediate assistance.
Assuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Helping to identify and resolve issues and barriers within processes.
Oversee Image Review production, Quality, and Team Lead staff.
Interface with time keeper and work force management groups for scheduling, payroll, and staffing projections.
Writing and developing policies and procedures, as necessary.
