About The Position
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level position designed to prepare employees for higher-level supervisory roles within CVS Health, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. This short-term role involves completing basic operations and management training while learning key aspects of the business, including customer service and CVS/pharmacy culture.
