About The Position

Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Telemarketing department, including recruiting, training, motivating, evaluating individuals performance and to achieve budgeted numbers for each department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior sales experience in telemarketing and/or customer service preferred.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Extensive working knowledge of PC Based word processing and spreadsheet programs, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• CSG knowledge a must.
• Must have good relationship building skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills required. Candidate must possess excellent written and oral skills. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
• Ability to perform all duties and responsibilities as described, in a full and adequate manner.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience in telemarketing and/or customer service preferred.
• Supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise telemarketing representatives.
• Develop creative and effective sales and retention programs.
• Implement training programs for customer retention of service, and telemarketing selling techniques.
• Develop new selling scripts to adjust to new customer incentives.
• Increase basic and pay penetration and maintain monthly budgeted numbers.
• Produce cost effective sales.
• Monitor the success of new sales campaigns for department.
• Payroll verification of telemarketing representatives. Sales reporting, including contact and close ratio’s calls completed and changes in service.
• Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the Telemarketing department.
• Perform all other duties as required or directed.
