About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Possess a valid driver's license or be willing to obtain one.
• Good driving record required.
• Telecommunication experience with knowledge of OSP construction.
• Previous construction supervisory or managerial experience.
• Project management skills including planning and organizing tasks.
• Strong communication skills with co-workers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer and city pre-construction walkouts.
• Provide field supervision to ensure safety and compliance during construction.
• Deliver accurate daily construction progress updates.
• Perform post-construction walkthroughs and complete TQA documentation.
• Inspect job sites and review daily reports for accuracy.
• Manage design challenges and change orders effectively.
• Supervise in-house crews and inspect subcontractor crews.
• Oversee the safety program for work areas.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Meet construction schedules on time.
• Interface with customers, developers, and municipalities.
• Coordinate and assist crews and subcontractors.
• Work with the Incident Review Committee to assess incidents.
