JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for creation, planning, and execution of global Team Member Engagement & Appreciation Events and supports the execution of Team Member Programs. Serves as the primary contact for all Team Member Experience (TMX) events. Performs supervisory functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, training, coaching, mentoring, task assignment, performance evaluations, and allocating staff resources. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all aspects of company-wide Team Member Engagement and Administration/HR Divisional events, to include creative concepts and logistical planning. Develops budget and ensures execution to plan. Serves as project lead for timelines, marketing, staffing plans, and measurement data follow-up. Partners with various departments (such as Internal Communications, Catering, Events, Entertainment, Security and Operations) to ensure flawless execution. Leads TMX team in execution of events and provides guidance and feedback to Senior Coordinator and Coordinator team in their planning and execution of events. Works with satellite and off-campus UO teams to involve them in execution of TMX events at their locations. Provides best practices to UO HR teams and company leaders on how to successfully execute an Appreciation or Engagement event for their client groups and/or departments. Supervises the daily functions of TMX Events. Works with Programs Supervisor to develops weekly departmental schedule and processes/analyzes weekly labor. Train, coach, develop and counsel the TMX Coordinators and Senior Coordinators and serve as the direct leader for the Events Senior Coordinators and Coordinators. Establishes standards, monitors guest service, develops marketing plans, analyzes and prioritizes event offerings and develops operating procedures to drive business efficiency. Makes recommendations for process improvements and follows through to implementation changes. Ensures departmental SOPs are created and updated to match business at current point in time. Ensures effective financial management including budget creation, cost negotiation and accurate expense tracking related to all responsibilities. Assists with execution of TMX Programs as needed. This includes (but not limited to) prepping Program supplies (such as Milestone packets or BRAVO/EIL awards), distribution of Program supplies and signage, answer Team Member and partner questions regarding Program offerings, etc. Maintains positive working relationships with vendor, community, and UO partners (such as Fairwinds, Cigna, TeamCare, Team Member Resource Groups, Second Harvest, etc) to ensure quality services and effective administration and presentation of event offerings to Team Members. Seeks out new vendor relationships to improve Team Member offerings. Supports key company initiatives/projects as assigned. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities. other duties as assigned.
