The Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Program at Panda Restaurant Group is a pivotal role responsible for planning and executing recruitment initiatives aimed at building a strong pipeline of Operations candidates within assigned Zones. This position requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, utilizing diverse sourcing channels such as educational institutions, affinity groups, and diversity organizations. The Supervisor will design and implement scalable talent acquisition programs, including leadership development, internships, Co-ops, and Apprenticeships, while enhancing the Associate Value Proposition to attract top talent. In this role, the Supervisor will establish and maintain external relationships to position Panda as an employer of choice. The responsibilities include supervising other Talent Acquisition associates, mentoring them to enhance their recruitment expertise, and driving training and change management plans as TA systems and processes evolve. The Supervisor will also be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing recruitment metrics to ensure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and support the recruiting needs of the assigned Zones. Additionally, the Supervisor will lead requirements definition, process design, and continuous optimization of the Talent Acquisition solution set, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other tools. This role involves managing vendor relationships, coordinating RFPs, and establishing new vendor partnerships to enhance talent acquisition technology. The Supervisor will work closely with senior leadership on recruitment strategies and identify opportunities for improvement in processes, technology, and user adoption. Special projects related to Talent Acquisition may also be part of the responsibilities.
