About The Position
The position reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and supervises a medium or large size team of Talent Specialists. The role involves supervising and providing guidance to an assigned team of Talent Acquisition professionals and overseeing processes related to the hiring and promoting of staff in offices under the jurisdiction of the County Board President. The individual will partner with departmental leaders to ensure the delivery of exceptional recruitment experiences for candidates and hiring managers. The position requires day-to-day work direction and supervision to maintain steady workflow and productivity in talent acquisition. This position is actively recruited and at will.
