The Surveillance Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of the Surveillance employees in a shiftwork environment. Strong presence in the Surveillance Room will be vital to your management of people and interacting with internal customers while delivering exceptional customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Fosters a safe and efficient work environment while maintaining an open-door policy. A strong presence in the Surveillance Room will be vital to your management of people and interacting with internal customers while delivering exceptional customer service. You will maintain awareness of the gaming operation at all times, and plan, organize and direct the overall operation the shift by delegating duties, briefing/monitoring of employees, and overseeing occurrences as they develop. You will be accountable for your staff, assisting with hiring, training, evaluations, recognition and development. Your strong organizational skills will allow for balancing multiple responsibilities in operational demands and employee engagement. You will ensure compliance with Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and all applicable laws, policies and procedures. Lead or facilitate meetings with guidance from more senior staff to discuss audit findings and consulting services with top levels of management. Other duties as assigned. Lives the Brand.
