Make a Difference The Supervisor of Supply Distribution functions as the Supervisor for Materials Management. This position is responsible for daily material handling (Shipping and Receiving, Linen Services, Supply Distribution, and where applicable - Sterile Processing). The Supervisor will maintain staff education and performance appraisals. This position works directly with the Materials Management Site Manager assisting with daily process needs, staffing, budget process, and department communication. Individuals in this role may not perform all these duties or may perform additional, related duties not listed here.

  • Associate Degree or in place of a combination of experience and education will be considered
  • 4 (four) or more years of distribution and/or supply management experience is required

  • Can develop and implement new processes and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Work within a team environment
