Location: Altru Business Center 2401 Demers Ave Grand Forks, ND 58201 Pay Range: $26.48 - $39.72 Summary: Position: Supply Chain Manager Schedule: Monday-Friday, early-morning schedule with flexible afternoons for strong work-life balance Position Overview We are seeking a highly communicative and team‑focused Supply Chain Manager to support our large, collaborative department. This role requires someone who excels at consistent, proactive communication (both verbal and email), is comfortable overcommunicating when needed, and is eager to jump in, help, and support teammates across multiple functions. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strong people skills, the ability to build, maintain, and motivate a team, and solid computer and analytical abilities to support operational decision‑making. The Supervisor of Supply Chain will be responsible for the direct oversight of the Supply Distribution and Transportation department staff. The Supervisor exhibits a working knowledge of Supply Chain, inventory management, and supply distribution. This position ensures that postage machines and fleet vehicles are properly maintained, and ensures the efficient, timely, and safe movement of goods. Additional duties include, but are not limited to, oversight of the day-to-day departmental operations and the ability to fill in and cover for staff as needed. The Supervisor conducts hiring and training of new staff and works with the department manager to complete annual staff performance evaluations. This position leads team meetings, department huddles, assists in establishing performance standards, and works to continually improve quality and service. Making a real difference. For one another.
