GENERAL PURPOSE: Manage and lead one to four Store Planners, with the design & development of store plans for new stores or capital projects in existing stores. This includes fixture plans, merchandise plans, signage plans, and construction documents. Provide Store Operations with quantified data analysis on merchandise units, sales, and store specific capacity as requested. Present floor plan proposals and analysis to senior management for approval. Ensure high quality controls are in place for plan checks. Work closely with Manager to further the development of guidelines and tools to enhance the Special Projects process, ensuring on time completion with high quality. Communicate with key business partners such as LP, Store Design, Construction, Purchasing, Merchandising, and Store Operations Initiatives in all phases of the Special Project process from inception to completion. Must be able to travel to stores and execute site surveys and walk throughs on occasion. The base salary range for this role is $77,900 to $117,050. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
