About The Position

The position involves maintaining general cleanliness in the kitchen and ensuring that all safety and health procedures are followed. The role requires staffing and scheduling for Kitchen Utility, as well as handling employee-related paperwork. The individual will be responsible for training and coaching Kitchen Utility staff, ensuring smooth operations within the kitchen environment. The candidate must be able to operate heavy equipment and work with speed and accuracy while keeping work areas organized and clean. Knowledge of chemical handling and health department regulations is essential, along with possessing a valid food handler's permit and title 4 training.

  • Maintains general cleanliness as required
  • Staffs and schedules Kitchen Utility
