About The Position

The Supervisor, Central Sterile Supply is responsible for ensuring that sterile procedure trays, instruments, supplies and equipment are available for distribution to patient care areas. The Supervisor, Central Sterile Supply monitors compliance with sterilization policies and procedures and record keeping.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician certification (CSPDT) issued through The Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) within six months of hire.
• 3 years of relevant experience required.

Nice To Haves

• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
