Description Supervisor Sterile Processing at Providence Seaside Hospital is a 1.0 FTE full time position working on a day shift Supervises and coordinates Sterile Processing activities. Responsible for staff scheduling, planning and organizing work priorities, and troubleshooting and solving departmental issues. Participates in hiring, and disciplinary processes. Requirements
- National Certified Ambulatory Surgery Sterile Processing Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire.
- Or National Certified Endoscope Reprocessor - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire.
- Or National Flexible Endoscope Reprocessors - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire.
- Or National Certified Healthcare Leader - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire.
- Or National Certified Instrument Specialist - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire.
- Or National Certified Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association upon hire.
- Or National Certified Surgical Instrument Specialist - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire.
- Or National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire.
- Or National Management in Sterile Processing - Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution upon hire.
- 2 years of Leadership experience.
- 3 years of Sterile Processing experience.
