Manage inventory level of OR supplies; assure proper maintenance and repair of OR equipment; responsible for efficient and effective management of the resources and personnel in the sterile processing department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1 year sterile processing experience
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) credential from the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) [formerly the International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (IAHCSMM)] or the Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) credential from the Certification Board For Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) within one (1) year post-hire

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a sterile processing course and/or a vocational/technical school diploma/degree in surgical technology.
• More than one (1) year of sterile processing experience.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
