About The Position

PacArctic, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Supervisor/ Stationary Engineer (SE) to support PAC and our government customer in Grand Forks, ND. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Leadership & Management: Direct workforce, manage workload, supervise, ensure quality. Distribute work orders, assist in hiring/onboarding. Supervising all O&M activities at the direction of the Project Manager. Technical Expertise: Lead HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Operate Building Energy Management Systems. Work with electronic, electrical, and pneumatic controls. Analyze and upgrade control systems (with CO/COR approval). Project Management: Research specifications and estimate projects. Install new equipment and ensure operability. Administration & Communication: Manage paperwork and collaborate with SCC. Maintain Government communication. Use NCMMS (MAXIMO) for service requests/work orders. Assist with reporting and vendor management. Versatility: Perform General Maintenance and Groundskeeper duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience with managing and related services in buildings of similar size/complexity
  • Onsite supervisor must be fully conversant in English
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a facility similar in size/scope
  • 3+ years of experience working as a licensed mechanic
  • Experience with electronic, electrical, and pneumatic instrumentation controls and testing
  • Experience in electronic, electrical, and pneumonic instrument and control work associated with industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems
  • General Employee Training
  • Asbestos Awareness and Asbestos Worker Training
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Complete mandatory IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Employees
  • Maintain NATE, HVAC Excellence Professional, Light Commercial Air Conditioning, Gas Heat and Green Awareness Certification, UA Star Mastery Certification
  • CFC Certification Universal
