The Sportsbook Supervisor assists the Sportsbook Manager with daily operations, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coaching and developing team members, managing schedules, resolving disputes, monitoring industry trends, and maintaining accurate records for AML and Title 31 compliance. Candidates should have a college degree (preferred), at least two years of supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A valid gaming license and flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.
