About The Position

Working closely with the Manager Slots Technical the Supervisor Slots Technical will play an important role in managing the Slot Technical Department. Ensuring compliance with all NGCB MIC’s, System of Internal Controls, and Policies and Procedures. The Supervisor Slots Technical will keep records, and maintain files for all slot machines type codes, and progressive set ups. Supervise a team of slot technicians for projects, and daily floor maintenance in support of operations.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of five years of related experience required
Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming card, and a valid Nevada Driver’s License.

Nice To Haves

Three years of experience within a hotel/gaming property is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate team of Slot Technicians.
Maintain gaming devices in good working order at multiple locations.
Install, service, adjust and repair slot machines and related equipment.
Following specifications, test the electrical and mechanical systems.
Examine defective machines to determine causes of malfunctions.
Perform machine conversions.
Disassemble and assemble machine cabinets and machines for servicing and testing.
Adjust and repair machines, replace worn or defective electronic or mechanical parts.
Electronic and mechanical skills are required.
Must be willing to work any shift.
Must be at least 21 years or older.
Possess good math and verbal communication skills.
Perform other job duties as requested.
