Assist the Ski Patrol Director, Assistant Director, and Managers in leading the patrol staff in daily operations while caring for our guests as a member of a professional mountain rescue team. Requirements
- Meet the requirements of a Mammoth Mountain Senior Ski Patroller (TT-C).
- Experience leading/managingplex incidents (medical or rescue).
- Experience performing the primary patrol dispatcher role.
- Qualified to lead multiple avalanche control routes on Mammoth Mountain involving the deployment of explosives.
- Ability to make rational decisions in a highly stressful environment or situation.
- Effective and timelymunication with all Ski Patrollers, Patrol management, and other departments.
- Ability to work collaboratively within the Patrol management team.
- Effective evaluation and mentorship of Ski Patrol TT-B and TT-C personnel.
- Ability to manage daily Ski Patrol operations.
- Basicputer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Office.
