About The Position
The Supervisor, Site Services at QTS Data Centers is responsible for overseeing the administration and repair & maintenance (R&M) of the facility's interiors and associated grounds. This role includes leading day-to-day operations, managing site projects, and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the data center environment. The position requires on-site work to support a 24/7 data center operation and involves team leadership, development, and training responsibilities.
