About The Position

The Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading frontline service execution at Curri. This role focuses on coaching and developing Service Representatives and Specialists, ensuring real-time queue coverage, and resolving escalations to deliver consistently reliable, high-quality customer outcomes. This role exists to strengthen day-to-day operational leadership and support as the service organization continues to scale, ensuring teams are supported in real time and consistently held to high performance standards.

Requirements

  • Proven frontline people leadership experience, with a strong coaching, accountability, and performance management approach.
  • Experience running real-time operations such as live queues, dispatch, logistics, or high-volume service environments.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functionally without noise.
  • Strong process discipline with the ability to follow, improve, and consistently reinforce SOPs.

  • Experience supervising service teams in logistics, dispatch, or last-mile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a frontline service team through weekly or bi-weekly 1:1s, with a strong focus on individual performance, accountability, and career development.
  • Own day-to-day service operations, including live queue execution, shift coverage, and adherence to service level commitments.
  • Serve as the primary escalation lead for complex deliveries and customer issues, exercising strong judgment under pressure and delivering top-tier customer service.
  • Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistent training, engagement, and alignment to current processes.
  • Identify operational gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, partnering cross-functionally to implement scalable, long-term solutions.
  • Provide real-time guidance and decision-making support during high-volume or high-severity service scenarios.
