Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams and projects.
  • Background in planning, supply chain, or related functional areas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and remain agile in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong initiative.
  • Familiarity with Servicemax, MyBuy/Ariba, and SAP systems.
  • Prior experience in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, analyze, and distribute operational and financial data related to service materials to support quarterly and annual plans.
  • Manage calibration of test and measurement equipment globally and activities related to Field Service Engineer Assigned Inventory (FSEAI), NCEP/CAPA, and VIPs.
