About The Position

Collaborate with department personnel to ensure quality services are provided. Responsible for the distribution of department reports and follow up as needed. Responsible for design, implementation, evaluation and coordination of department and team trainings related to eVero and payroll items. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the quality and productivity of supervisees. Responsible for generating and distributing team and department payroll reports Responsible for reviewing for accuracy, approving, tracking payroll entries Responsible for checking and communicating with other departments in relation to overlapping services Responsible for assisting team and department members with eVero related technical issues Provide team and department communications, related to but not limited to, eVero changes, Payroll updates, timelines, etc. Responsible for the development and revision of various training tools and systems for the support teams Responsible for the development and coordination of learning needs of team and department staff Responsible for staying informed of learning needs as determined by both internal and external sources and ensuring updates as required Responsible for management of team and department training documents and files Provides support with Payroll, Billing, and eVero needs Provides training and support to Self-Direction Coordinators and Specialists Attends PD team meetings Quarterly (a minimum) Active participation in agency committees and initiatives as assigned Complies with all agency policies and procedures Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree, 3-5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
