About The Position

The Security Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the general security and protection of the company's customers, employees, and property. Also mediates and resolves questionable incidents involving customers and/or employees. Investigates and files reports on incidents and disturbances.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or other forms.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits to the Security Manager daily and monthly reports required by the company, State Gaming Commission, and law enforcement agencies.
• Furnishes escorts of guests and employees when requested.
• Coordinates activities with law enforcement agencies.
• Monitors observance of safety practices and potential safety hazards.
