As a Sanitation Supervisor at Smucker, you will be responsible for planning and directing the activities of sanitation personnel during a work shift. Your role will ensure that cleaning standards are maintained to prevent product contamination, conduct inspections, and initiate corrective actions as needed. You will also be involved in pest control applications, maintaining reports, evaluating job performance, and ensuring proper training of sanitation personnel. Additionally, you will assist in evaluating product quality to ensure compliance with established standards and ensure safe operations in compliance with all plant safety prevention programs. This position requires cooperation with engineering and production departments for the maintenance of equipment and facilities, and you will perform other duties related to the efficient operation of the bakery as assigned.
